Returns and Replacements Policy

In case you are not satisfied with a certain product, regardless of whether it is defective or not, you can always request the return of your order, in whole or in part, and the amount due will be refunded later.

In the case of returning a product, Iber Coffee (E.N.I. António Carlos Ribeiro Teixeira) refunds the customer in its entirety.​

The consumer has the right of free termination of this contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. The period for exercising the right of free resolution expires 14 days from the day following the day on which you acquire, or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, the physical possession of the good. In order to exercise your right of free resolution, you must notify us by letter to the address IBER S.A.C. Rua Madoufe, Nº46, 4455-477 Perafita, Portugal, or to the email [email protected] your decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, letter sent by post, fax or email ). In order for the period of free resolution to be respected, it is enough that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution be sent before the end of the period for resolution. In the event of termination of this contract, you will be refunded all payments made, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the less expensive normal shipping method offered by us ), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. We make these refunds using the same payment method you used in the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, you do not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. It is only responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from manipulation that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The customer is responsible for the return costs, including shipping costs, except for situations of complaint due to defects in the products in his order.
