The articles presented on this website are available for sale at the prices indicated in euros. The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force, but do not include shipping. Payment methods

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you select, provided it is in one of the countries where we have a delivery service, or at one of our pick-up points. For this purpose, the system automatically assumes your profile address, or the address of the lifting point. However, in the ordering process, in the “delivery” step, you can edit this address or even add an alternative address. The delivery time of your order varies depending on the country of destination and the chosen carrier. If it is impossible to deliver within the estimated time, you can request the cancellation of your order, to our customer support. You will be informed about the delivery of your order via email or sms (we suggest that you keep both updated in your profile and in your delivery details, which you can update at the time of purchase). It is your responsibility to ensure that it will be available on the day of delivery of the order. After two delivery attempts (first delivery attempt + possibility to pick up at the local post office depot), the products will be returned and you will be credited with the full refund of the amount spent on the purchase (does not include shipping charges) . We make these refunds using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by you; in any case, it does not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.
